Alex and the children are sitting downstairs in the hotel bar this morning with the under 17 Wales football team watching Wales play France in the RWC. Wales are very excited to be in the finals of the competition, they have never got this far before. Apparently there are 68,000 Welsh people in the stadium in Cardiff watching the game on the big screen, that is more people than are watching live at the stadium in Auckland!
So, even though I am feeling un petit peu Francais aujourd'hui and am wearing my blue and white stripey french top in anticipation of our big French experience, I am really rather touched at that story so - go Wales!!! Good luck!
